At La Panim, we aim to deliver your skincare essentials quickly and safely. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping Options:
- Standard Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout)
- International Shipping: 7–14 business days depending on location
Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Shipping Issues:
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. La Panim is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect address entries or courier issues, but we’ll always assist in resolving them.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an item has been opened or used.
We do, however, accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
To qualify for a return or replacement:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and photo proof of the issue
- Send your request to: info@La-Panim.com
If approved, we will replace the product or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
